Bonnie Schneider, a weather expert, is featured on CNN and HLN's numerous platforms. Her TV show"LAST HOUSE REmaining" on DIY NETWORK began airing on March 30, 2012. In addition, she is an on-camera meteorologist and is the co-executive director. Her first novel to be published was EXTREME WATER Palgrave Macmillan. It was published on January 31, 2012 by Palgrave Macmillan. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. As a Boston-based special assignment reporter, she was reported on each week for three hours covering entertainment, lifestyle as well as news. She was the Saturday weather forecaster at WFOR-TV Miami before joining WB56. She held various reports and meteorology jobs, which included News 12 Long Island (a 24 hour cable TV news channel) as well as WXII-TV, both in Winston-Salem. She also worked for the CBS channel located in New York City as a frequent meteorologist filling in on The Saturday Early Show.
